The Refuge Camp, located in Carnesville, Georgia, is nestled in the lovely foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. This camp, which has been dedicated and set aside for God's work has a peaceful and christian atmosphere. Our facility is designed for both the young, and the young at heart. 

In 1994 the Lord spoke to Dillard about starting a camp, but for nine years, it was only a thought in his heart. One day he found some property that he thought would fulfill the dream; however, the property could not be obtained due to legal matters. Two weeks later, he was talking to a friend of his who asked him when he was going to build the camp. Dillard told him he hadn't been able to find any land. His friend just smiled and told him about a neighbor of his that was going to sell her farm that she had owned since 1954. Dillard went and saw the property, showed it to a friend, and then carried his wife, Linda, over to see it on a Friday afternoon. The property was perfect and Linda told Dillard to purchase the property that night! They contacted the owner, made the deal, and bought the property all in the same day, and the rest is "His-Story!"
